Our client has been a respected provider of aged care services with operations spanning Queensland and New South Wales. Its operational goals are formed on a business ethos dedicated to providing compassion and care to residents.

This role will have a direct role in managing the clinical care of this 140- bed facility in Western NSW while promoting a performance drive work culture in its delivery of residential care services including and dementia-specific care.

As the Clinical Manager, you will bring comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Australian Aged Care standards and be well accustomed to ACFI funding and delivery of quality policy protocols. Your experience will also include successful management of accreditations, implementing clinical standards and responding effectively to the day-to-day challenges that come with leading a busy care facility.

The position will require:

• AHPRA Registration accompanied by evidence of leadership excellence in clinical aged care appointments.
• Thorough knowledge of current accreditation standards and care assessment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with surrounding team and with external senior personnel.
